R.L. JAMES, A PORTFOLIO COMPANY OF HIDDEN HARBOR CAPITAL PARTNERS, ACQUIRES BLANCHARD CAULKING & COATING, LLC.

Fort Myers, Florida, October 29, 2025 – R.L. James (“RL James”), a Hidden Harbor Capital Partners portfolio company and provider of exterior restoration and remediation services such as concrete restoration, window cleaning, painting, waterproofing, and glass and window replacement to commercial end customers throughout Southwest and Central Florida, today announced the acquisition of Blanchard Caulking & Coating, LLC (“BCC” or the “Company”). The acquisition expands RL James’ geographic footprint into north FL and further expands its service capabilities across the region.

Blanchard Caulking & Coating, LLC, headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, is a family-owned exterior building services business led by Jeremy Blanchard. The Company is a provider of caulking, waterproofing, painting, and restoration services to commercial customers across north FL. Jeremy will continue in his current role at the Company.

Fort Myers, Florida, September 23, 2025 – R.L. James (“RL James”), a Hidden Harbor Capital Partners portfolio company and provider of exterior restoration and remediation services such as concrete restoration, window cleaning, painting, waterproofing, and glass and window replacement to commercial end customers throughout Southwest and Central Florida, today announced the acquisition of Commercial Plastering USA, LLC (“CPI” or the “Company”). The acquisition strengthens RL James’ geographic footprint into SW FL and further expands its service capabilities across the region.

Commercial Plastering USA, LLC, headquartered in Bradenton, FL, is a founder-owned exterior building services business led by William (“Billy”) Rice. The Company is a provider of plastering, exterior finishes, and drywall services to commercial customers across SW FL. Billy will continue in his current role at the Company.

HIDDEN HARBOR CAPITAL PARTNERS ACQUIRES R.L. JAMES, A CONCRETE RESTORATION SERVICES COMPANY, IN LATEST PLATFORM ACQUISITION

 

Boca Raton, Florida, January 18, 2024 – Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (“Hidden Harbor”), an operationally focused private equity firm specializing in control investments in lower riddle market companies, is pleased to announce a strategic investment in R.L. James Inc. GC (“RL Jarnes”). Founded in 1988 and based in Fort Myers, Florida with locations in Bradenton and Daytona, RL James is a provider of exterior restoration and remediation services such as concrete restoration, painting, waterproofing, and glass and window replacement to condominium associations and other customers throughout Southwest and Central Florida.

Akerman served as legal advisor to Hidden Harbor. CREP served as broker to RL James. Culpepper Finance served as financial advisor to RL James. Kelley Stiffler PLLC served as legal advisor to RL James. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
