Vice President/CFO – John Dahin.
John, a Florida State-Certified General Contactor, joined the Company in early 1993, to enhance and complete development of the company’s Restoration Division, bringing a 35-plus year history in general construction and remodeling activities. Within the realm of the Restoration Division, his current responsibilities extend from the inception of various projects, beginning with initial evaluation and specifications of process and related products, definition of the scope of work of the intended projects, and continued involvement throughout the course of the work to completion and issuance of final warranties.
A close working relationship has been developed with most of the consultants and engineering firms involved in the area’s restoration industry, as well as many property management firms and association-employed managers, related to the planning and completion of large, sometimes extremely complex, structural concrete repair, waterproofing and painting projects. Recently, John has taken on additional responsibilities as the company’s Corporate Financial Officer, providing management reporting of the company’s operations, as well as co-ordination with our CPA, banks, and bonding agency.
